Description
Sermorelin is a synthetic growth hormone-releasing hormone (GHRH) analog, specifically the biologically active 1-29 fragment of native GHRH, and is studied for its ability to stimulate the pituitary to release endogenous growth hormone. In research and clinical literature, it is commonly described as a growth hormone secretagogue or GHRH-based signaling peptide because it works upstream of GH release rather than acting as growth hormone itself.
